Child Safety

At ZonaiShare, we are strongly committed to protecting children and complying with all regulations related to the prevention of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA).
Strict image filtering
All publications are limited to a very specific type of image. Our upload system restricts any file that does not conform to predefined formats, significantly reducing the risk of inappropriate content.
AI-based text moderation
All written content—such as comments, publication descriptions, and collection names—is processed through an advanced moderation system powered by OpenAI's artificial intelligence. This system automatically analyzes and blocks any inappropriate content before it becomes publicly visible.
AI-based image moderation
Images are not only checked for format. Every image is also analysed by OpenAI's image moderation before publication, and is rejected automatically if inappropriate content is detected. An image that does not contain a valid in-game QR code cannot be published at all.
Reporting and dedicated contact channel
Any user can report a publication directly from the creation itself, and reports are reviewed by us. Users can also report any safety or abuse concerns through our contact page.
Any user can also block another user from their profile. Blocking hides that person's content from you and yours from them, and can be undone at any time from your account settings.
Reports involving the safety of a minor are treated as a priority. If you need to reach us about child safety specifically, write to [email protected] and mark the message as urgent.
Legal compliance
We comply with all regional and international child safety laws and cooperate with authorities when necessary.
